Shipping & Transportation Policy

At Kindgrain Studios, we take pride in the safe, reliable delivery of our custom cabinetry and fine fabrication work. Each order is carefully packaged, insured, and transported using trusted carriers experienced with high-value millwork and furnishings.
Processing & Delivery
All items are made to order. Once fabrication is complete, we coordinate delivery directly with the client to confirm access, timing, and on-site readiness. If a client is unavailable or the site is not accessible at the scheduled time, additional delivery or storage fees may apply.
Damages & Liability
We inspect and photograph each item prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

If damage occurs due to Kindgrain’s handling or packaging, or through our contracted carrier, the client will incur no additional cost for repair or replacement.

If damage occurs after delivery acceptance or due to third-party movers arranged by the client, additional charges may apply.
Insurance & Responsibility
All shipments include standard insurance coverage. Clients may request expanded coverage at their own expense. Risk of loss transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery and acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
